Welcome to the AIS family.

Lena Browne

My name is Lena Browne.

I believe that every child has the right to fulfil their potential socially, emotionally and academically and it is an absolute privilege to be part of that journey.

Jessica Ann Raj

Hello, I’m Jessica, and I’m honored to be part of the dedicated Student Support Team at Amstelland International School.

I am originally from the enchanting landscapes of Malaysia in beautiful Southeast Asia. Having earned my MasterĀ“s degree in Clinical Child and Youth Psychology right here in the Netherlands, I’ve been practicing ever since.

My journey has been one of cultural diversity and varied experiences, having worked both in South East Asia and Canada, where I’ve had the privilege of assisting children and adolescents with diverse abilities in school settings and through private practice.

My true passion lies in guiding young minds to discover the joy in their daily adventures, and empowering them to become the storytellers of their own lives.

Off the clock, you’ll catch me hiking, practicing yoga, diving into books, and pondering life’s big questions. My personal motto? Try something new every month.

I am genuinely thrilled to be a part of this journey, playing a role in shaping the promising young minds of our school community.
